Span 500X is a new highly adaptable, fast and easy to assemble tower system with a rung spacing of 500mm. This lightweight tower features integral weldless ladder frames. The Instant flexible low maintenance tower can be constructed with platform heights in 0.5m increments and does not need separate guardrails. With fewer components to stock or lose this versatile ladder frame can be used to construct simple free standing towers or more complex staging systems with a host of accessories. The Z-configuration bracing enables quick, trouble free assembly providing a very rigid structure.
All Instant towers feature the unique high strength Rib-Grip jointing system. This mechanical joint system has been proven for over 60 years. It is stronger and more durable than a welded joint and carries our no quibble 10 year joint guarantee. In addition, all other parts carry an extended 3 year warranty as standard – just what the professional needs to ensure peace of mind.

Span 500x Towers are available in both narrow (0.85m) and wide (1.45m) versions, with lengths of 2m, 2.5m and 3m. They are compliant with EN1004 and can be assembled in compliance with Work at Height Directives.
